We are part of the Ka Ora, Ka Ako / Healthy School Lunches programme. This means each day every student will receive a free meal in the first block (between 10:00am and 11:00am.) This, along with school supplied stationery and no school donations, was another step towards being a truly equitable and inclusive kura. We collect dietary requirements to ensure the kai is appropriate to your child’s needs. Your child will still need a small snack for morning tea, something healthy to get them through to the middle block. Our current supplier is Subway, headed up by Onerahi School alumni, Daniel Weaver.
