New Enrolments at Onerahi School

Thank you for your interest in joining our whānau. We encourage you to come in and visit us kanohi ki te kanohi. We can then discuss your child’s enrolment together so that we may best support them going forward.

Enrolment packs are available upon request from the school office. For your convenience, the key enrolment forms are available for download below. You can either visit us to hand them in or email them through to office@onerahi.school.nz. All enrolments require a birth certificate and an immunisation record. You can call toll free 0800 225 252 for a copy of a birth certificate.

It is advised that all new entrants are enrolled at least 2 months prior to their start date. This allows time for them to participate in transitions visits with other tamariki that will be starting with them at the same time. Please see the new entrant visit and cohort information below.

Terms	Information - If your child turns 5:
Term 1	Before February 4 2026 you can enrol them to start at the beginning of Term 1 2026.
Term 1	Before March 9 2026 they can enrol for a midterm start on March 9 2026.
Term 2	Before April 20 2026 you can enrol them to start at the beginning of Term 2 2026.
Term 2	Before June 3 2026 they can enrol for a midterm start on June 3 2026.
Term 3	Before July 20 2026 you can enrol them to start at the beginning of Term 3 2026.
Term 3	Before August 24 2026 they can enrol for a midterm start on August 24 2026.
Term 4	Before October 12 2026 you can enrol them to start at the beginning of Term 4 2026.
Term 4	Before November 16 2026 they can enrol for a midterm start on November 16 2026.
